Those who have a firmware newer than 3.55 and those stuck on 3.55 and not being able to play newer games (the loader will come later than the CFW but still good news). Dunno how long until lv2 peek and poke will be added but it's bound to come. When the first set of CFW for PS3 was released, only signed Homebrew was loadable and then shortly after, newer ones came out with lv2 peek, poke and syscall 36 which allowed Backup loading.
